Do you want to cultivate a collaborative partnership for self-directed healing?

Natalie Suna, LMSW (she/her)

I’m Natalie. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) based in New York specializing in supporting adults—particularly those in emerging adulthood and LGBTQ+ communities—through experiences of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, presence, and collaboration. Drawing from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic frameworks, I offer a collaborative space where we can make meaningful connections between past and present, deepen your relationship to your emotions, and support your capacity for self-directed healing.

As a white, cisgender, queer, Jewish woman, I bring awareness to the ways systems, early relational dynamics, and intergenerational trauma shape how we come to understand ourselves and others. In our work together, I help you approach these experiences with curiosity and compassion—so you can begin to shift belief systems that feel stuck and move toward more spacious, authentic ways of being.
